My passion for massage therapy began long before entering the profession. As a wrestler and later a Drum Corps International performer, I witnessed firsthand what happens when people push their bodies to the limit in pursuit of excellence and team success. Those experiences taught me the value of recovery, resilience, and listening to what the body is trying to communicate.

Professionally, I spent over a decade in communications, helping people communicate across great distances. Over time, I realized that some of the most important communication doesn’t happen through words at all.

The body is constantly telling a story through tension, movement, discomfort, and stress. Massage therapy allows me to listen to that story and help clients find relief, balance, and renewed well-being.
